Are you ready to move and get active? Come join us for a virtual workout class on Facebook Live lead by Allison Gaudet. This fun and interactive class launches our first #WellnessWednesday online session.
This is a 30-minute class that will include a mix of strength, flexibility, balance and aerobic fitness. No equipment is necessary. We will warm up together, sweat together and cool down together – all the while following the social distancing precautions and working together to stay active! #SOOHealthyAtHome
