Mental Skills Training Series – Session 3

Join Kimberly as she teaches us how to use mental tools like goal setting, relaxation and self-talk to help us succeed in all areas of our lives. These tools will help athletes build confidence, motivation, stress management skills and confidence on and off the playing field. Mental Skills Training not only improves performance, it helps athletes handle competitive stress and builds strong life skills.
Mental Skills Training sessions are held once a month with a maximum of 15 participants per session.
