Bean Bag Toss



Please follow the safety requirements below before trying any of the challenges:
  1. Parent or guardian supervision is required
  2. Only complete challenges that you are comfortable with.
  3. Make sure you have a safe, open space around you so you don’t trip over anything
  4. Make sure you use the equipment outlined in each challenge safely and check that the equipment works properly before you use it
  5. Only use equipment that you are comfortable with.
  6. Remember, there are equipment modifications for each challenge!
  7. Follow the instructions in each video to ensure you are safely completing the challenges before attempting them on your own
  8. Ensure you are wearing proper footwear, stay hydrated, and most importantly have fun!

What Are We Doing?
Throw your bean bag into the basket

Where Should We Do It?
Open space inside

What Do We Need?
Any small object that can be used to toss (ex. bean bag, small ball, rolled up socks, crumpled sheet of paper, etc.), and an empty bin.

How Do We Do It? 

  1. Place bin a few steps away.
  2. Try and toss the object into the bin.
  3. Every time you score, take one step further away from the bin and try again.
  4. Change your position: sitting, kneeling or try different throwing styles: underhand and overhand

        What Are We Doing?
        Try and knock down all of the pins with a ball

        Where Should We Do It?
        Hallway or open room inside

        What Do We Need?
        Roll of socks, a few books/CD cases/tupperware/empty plastic water bottles

        How Do We Do It?  

        1. In a hallway/room, set up the books/cd cases/tupperwares on end on one end of the hallway/room.
        2. Roll (underhand) the ball of socks towards the “pins” and try to knock down as many as possible.
        3. Stand further away to make it more challenging
