Fit 5 with Friends

A program designed for athletes of all abilities levels who want to perform their best at every competition. Athletes can do this by being fit. Fit 5 is a plan for physical activities, nutrition, and hydration. It can improve your health and fitness to make you the best athlete you can be!  This virtual program is designed to be followed as a series!

This series will also be broadcasted LIVE on Facebook Mondays @ 5:30PM (Ontario Time).
