Week 4: Juggling

Goal: Juggle the ball as many times as possible in 30 seconds

Set-up: Make sure your space is clear of obstacles you could slip or trip on.

Instructions:

  1. Drop the ball from your hands
  2. Continue to keep the ball up as many times in a row without letting the ball hit the ground
  3. All body parts can be used except for your hands
