Warm Up

Week 1: Dribbling
Goal: Complete the course as quickly as possible ending with your feet between the starting line and the finish line.
Set-up: Place two cones to create a gate for the starting line. Measure 3 meters, or 3 BIG steps from the starting line and begin placing your six cones (or objects) in a line with 2 meters, or 2 BIG steps, between each one. The finish line is located where the first cone is placed.
Instructions:
- Begin at the starting line. Dribble towards the first cone and weave between all of the cones to the end.
- Once you get to the end, dribble back by weaving through the cones again to the finish line.
- All cones must be passed for the time to be counted.
