Warm Up




Week 1: Dribbling

Goal: Complete the course as quickly as possible ending with your feet between the starting line and the finish line.

Set-up: Place two cones to create a gate for the starting line. Measure 3 meters, or 3 BIG steps from the starting line and begin placing your six cones (or objects) in a line with 2 meters, or 2 BIG steps, between each one. The finish line is located where the first cone is placed.


  1. Begin at the starting line. Dribble towards the first cone and weave between all of the cones to the end.
  2. Once you get to the end, dribble back by weaving through the cones again to the finish line.
  3. All cones must be passed for the time to be counted.
